How it Works:

• Subscribe anytime 
• Order by the 26th of each month to receive the next month's herbal delivery 
• Orders ship during the first week of each month 
• Renews automatically - but you can cancel anytime 

Shipping:

All orders are prepared and shipped during the first week of each month. Once shipped, delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. 

Refunds:

Due to the nature of herbal products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via email. You may cancel your subscription at any time BEFORE your billing cycle. Once the billing cycle comes, refunds for that month cannot be granted.
